    Hello, I would like to know how I can submit a support ticket to gamersfirst to change my character infos.

    I am platinium premium.

    When I click support, it asks to choose the game i need support in. Then they ask u too choose an account u have on that game.

    But then i get redirected to the ''choose game you need assistance with''.


    Is support disabled?

    Mine works normaly.

    Login -> Support -> Select Knight Online -> Select account (dont know does witch one, i got 2 same name and one is "portal" i usualy take that portal one) -> Get Support

    KO dosnt have costumer service so support ticket is usles they dotn check it or help pll
