Seal / unseal

Well the problem is ..

When i try to unseal my items it tells me " Invalid citizen registry number "

Any1 know why??

its because you type your seal/unseal code wrong
go to your account and select you account from the game tab in the gamersfirst website
and go to your acc page on kol and click change secret code or seal code w/e its called
and type your secret answer then choose a new seal code

you must take the Seal / Unseal code from the email you registered
if you dont remember it
go change the Seal / Unseal password by the Secret Answer
if it dont work
send ticket

I needed to send ticket becouse I had that same problem...
