Page Wont show up in PUS

Well when i try to recharge kc with esen code i get this error in picture. But when i enter wrong code i get error like (please try again later)
I dont know is any one have same problem like this ?
or it's maybe cuz my account is old and dont have g1 account. I mean i have only ko account and i can only log in mykol. I didn't add gamers first acc. Is it maybe cuz of this or ?
