I Fixed the Connection Problem in Launcher

i got a way taht works aswell:

flush dns 7 times (that amount works for me)
enter ko, enter id/pass, hit enter, alt f4 then
flush dns 7 times again
log in...

that works for me all the time, i got no problems at all :P

But atm servers are down :P so test it later[/b]

what is dns[/b]

DNS stands for Domain Name System
An Internet service that translates domain names into IP addresses.
For example, the domain name www.ko4life.com might translate to 210.105.232.4.

atm it dosent work, since the game is down, ko4life server status dosent say it thou, but every server check does...

AND

i dunno why its 7, but its all that worked when i tested it :P

so

for those who needs a better guide:

Click Start Menu
Click Run
Type Cmd
In cmd type ipconfig /flushdns
Repeat that 7 times
Run Ko
type in id and pass
hit alt f4
ipconfig /flushdns x 7 again
Login! :P

Can anyone tell what the IPO = that was in the launcher originally.

I replaced mine with various log in server etc... ie......207.38.30.73 and i was able to log in but only to ares and Xig . Now i cant remember what it was :huh: I think it was simply IPO=www.knightonlineworld.com, can somebody look in server.ini in there KO folder and verify this for me plz

2 options...

1: u might not do the alt f4 fast enough...

2: the servers might be down, if the login, or launcher is down, it wotn work i guess :S

And btw, Ko4life server status dosent show when the servers are down atm, i got a other program that shows it :P

but now, after i enter my id/pass it just freezes (when fraps is on i get 474fps)...
