You should run a virus / malware scan on your computer for a keylogger, I doubt any db hackers would put that effort to hacking you. Sorry for your loss, but best you can do is submit a ticket (if you have prem) and file a complaint with bbb (better business bureau) and in your ticket cite the complaint # for the BBB, should speed up the process a little.
