I'm having a problem with my KC

well I've bought two 3200 kc's... I long into the pus.. i fell in the ESN codes
and then it says that my ESN codes are incorrect...? seriously...

I bought one my self and it didn't work, so I asked my friend if he can buy one and see if it works... same thing says it's incorrect...

I've sent a lot of tickets, all I get is the same old reply over and over again..

so I'm just wondering has any one been having these kind of problems lately?

and is there any thing I can do to work this out... that's 80 usd lol I don't want it to be wasted in such a dumb way.
