try to download the patch manually from here:
ftp://download.knightonlineworld.com/knight/upgrade/
Run it as admin
If you are receiving the error “Extract Failed” By Your Launcher Do The Following
Go To
My Computer > C: (whatever drive KO is installed on commonly it’s this one) > Program Files > "Knight Online"
And Delete The Patch 15xx whatever the number is ( XX = the two numbers after 15xx )
Knight Online Lancher Will Automatically Re-Download The Patch From The FTP Server.
Please Repeat These Steps Several Times if it doesn’t work at first.

You posted on the end of a "fixed" topic - it takes longer to get noticed. This forum is also entrirely voluntary - nobody gets paid to help out here so try having some patience.
Have you tried manually patching it?
download the patch from ftp://download.knightonlineworld.com/knight/upgrade
save it into the Knight Online folder, extract it there.
Repeat this for each additional patch you need in number sequence.
Once you've done all of them edit the file server.ini. Find the line which says "Files=15xx" and update it to the number of the last patch you applied.
Your other option is to go to the Control Panel and disable User Account Control. Then as long as your account has administrator priviledges you don't have to worry about the "Run as Admin" thing ever again. Please note: This makes your Windows setup less secure. Don't do this if you have no anti-virus / firewall / anti-spyware protection.
