i need help with my pc fps

my pc have 50 - 60 fps when i run ko but the problem is
after 1hr of running ko the pc fps get decrease till they stop at 2 - 5 or even frezz pc
and if i cant turn the pc off so i had to pul out the plug

can someone help with it? im noob in programming

It could be something overheating, monitor your CPU temps.

I think the program PC Wizard 2008 has something that can watch temps for you.

speedfan monitors all your heat sensors (even the one in your hdd if they have one) download that and see if anything overheats.

kinda weird that it only happens after an hour or so =/ overheating problems usually take 5-10 minutes.
