you can try to pm the gm, but your suppose to wait. but i know for sure you can get your 2000Kc back like what red said if your impatient. I did it with gender change. bought it on accident, sent a ticket about it and got my 500 kc back

did u even transfer through the website like it's explained?
go website login open mykol and do transfer.

if thats it just read instructions next time if thats not it hope u get ur NT gl

+1 you have to ok the transfer on the main kol website. Usually the nt is ready with minutes from the time you purchase it. Just log onto the website and it will have a button saying transfer, you click it, it gives a conformation message. Then, next time you log on, you will be orc.
