Ive lost alot more than 1k usd from ko belive me, but you dont need to make a new post every couple of hours, it wont make him anymore likely to post, but i would say u need solid proof at the moment the only thing you have are accusations. You need screenshots or msn logs or sumthing to 100% prove it was him.

Just my advice, you can take it or leave it.
