Ionia Account hacked?or Keylogged?

So i just found out yesterday that my account in Ionia got hacked or its been keylogged. But everything on my CW server is all there and fine, so i personally dont think its a keylogger. I cannot log in to the account nor can i change the info to get in. On that account i had the following items:

Iron Neck
Iron Belt
3x Rogue Chitin +8
2x Rogue Shell +8
2x ROL
2x HR+1
Cleaver +9

and ofc a Rogue Lvl 80 with PD +7, 841k np.

The account was purchased from someone who is very GG on ko4life, and personally i dont belive he has anything to do with it. I did decide to discuss this with him to see what he had to say about the whole situation, he seemed to have a hard time beliving me, saying that i had probably sold the account and am lying to him, and threatning to get all my KO/ko4life accounts banned for trying something like that. He told me that the email info for the account had changed and that the IP on the account belongs to someone in Poland, also that the account had premium purchased on it on the 9th of december, and that the email for the account had changed as well. He suggested i submit a ticket which i will probably do soon but before i do that I just need some people who have experienced something like this before and have advice for me or anything.

Warning to every one on Ionia If a Character named XerviouS tells you its Cokojumbo69 from Fourms, It is not me the account has been Hacked or what ever. I repet again the account that has XerviouS on Ionia HAS been Hacked. Please do not accept any trades or anything from that account if they claim to be me on.

previous account holder was stonecoldkillah aka Jeff and i really dun think that he'll do such a thing . Try to send a ticket with everysingle info u got for account there is nothing much you can do :/

If he did not share with anybody thats obviously first owner of the account or someone who shared the account with him and had full acc info.

Don't become another tool. There is no way these people can confirm beyond certainty that the person didn't steal back your account. How can they? Were they there? The same goes for you. There is no way for you to prove that someone stole your account. The only way for you to get to the bottom of this is to come up with a decision framework in order for you to conclude as to what happened to your account.

Here is an example of a decision chart:

Questions:

1) Did anyone besides you (and the previous owner(s)) had access to the account ever? If no, conclusion 1; if yes, move to question 2.

2) Did the person who had access to the account have any of the relevant information (birthdate, secret question answers, payment information) for the account? If no, conclusion 1; if yes, move to question 3.

3) Can you conclude beyond a doubt that the person who had access to your account would not do anything to your account? If yes, conclusion 1; if no, conclusion 2

Conclusions:

1) The most plausible conclusion is that the previous owner took back the account via customer support.

2) There is not enough evidence to conclude that the previous owner(s) hacked you.

ok buddy, ive made trades with so many people in ko4life before and sold many acc's including items before that no ones had any kinda issues with me. i infact was shocked when i found this out and i still think that coko is either not telling the truth or he was key logged. i had sharers before but they didn't know every single piece of info like i did so i really dont think thats possible. i really dont give a shit about what most of u people think and if ul believe me or not. i just think coko's lieing because i know it wasnt me and i dont think it couldve been anyone else. and infact when i told coko to put in a support ticket he didnt for about 1 hr, then i asked him wtf why isnt he doing it. his reply was " o sumone i knew on ko got shot and killed so i dont even feel like it". really? would that be a reply of a person that lost all those items? and as soon as he said that i was almost sure that something fishy is going on.... coko srry if it seems like im accusing u but this is the only conclusion i can come up with because i know i didnt do it and as much as i hate magicwannabs guts i really dont think he could do it. o and msn me and il give u another huge reason to why i could never do it.

My motive here was not to point fingers, Stone i never in my topic said you did anything although i had my doubts but you cant blame me for that, cuz any normal person would, infact i belive you, but you cant blame me for being curious as to what happend, only purpose of this topic was to find out if other ppl had similar experiences and if they had any luck in getting their Items/Char back. I just wanted to hear what others who may have had a personal experience with this had to say. To me that server was crap and was not even worth what i paid. When i decided to sell everything in this game, i had set a cota for myself, i had to pull in an X # of USD out of this game and ill be happy. Basically i had already reached that number and thats y i dont give as much importance to that account. I have absolutely no reason to go out of my way only to chase some stuff thats worth maby $500 usd O_o. BUT if it is possible for me to get it all back i would not mind. If you look at what im selling on the C-West market and what price you will realize that all the prices i have are at about 30-60% cheaper then actual price. In comparison to the items i have sold thats alot of money lost just from the price drop. im talking about nearly losing like 1-1.5k usd ( because of the sale i had going on ), and that was my own freewill, just because i wana leave this game as fast as possible.

As for the Keylogger, that makes absolutely no sence, because i still have all my CW stuff safe on a different account, If it was a keylogger im sure they would have all my info to the CW accounts as well and i would have lost a hell of a lot more. But thats not the case meaning its not really a keylogger, but something else. Now you have obviously already called me a lier multiple times on msn and now openly here, i have absolutely no reason to be lying to you about this, first off im not sure why or what i would really lie for, but if that was the case and i was trying to "scam" you in some way or form, i would have to be the dumbest/stupidest/the most retarted scammer to try an scam you of all people. I obviously wouldnt just pointlessly put up a whole topic about this whole situation just for shits and Giggles espically when im trying to quit this dam game.
