) West is where all english speakers are...

WAN IP is not something YOU can just change by urself, the specific country have its specific IP range, that identifies their location.
U got 2 options: 1. proxy 2. physically move to one of these country.
But hey, most ppl from ko4life wanted to go west server, not east (where the turks are).
im east and wanna play west ^^
