Check your settings for Internet Explorer has "Use passive mode for FTP" checked.
I'm not usually lazy like this, but there are lots of topics on manual patching. Search the Tech Support for posts by me with the words "manual" and "patch"
If you get FTP error it's also because server is busy
Manual patching is just download it, add to the KO folder, change the server.ini to previous version and start launcher
The launcher should do the rest
