I think he means if you can name change a character two times. I think you can, not all that sure though.
yeh thats what i mean, im using my bros char now and i know he has used a ncs, but i want to change the name again, so i was going to use another ncs from the pus. and i didnt want to buy one unless i knew it would work... thx for the help
