Keyboard not working

ok so my its working but not as it should be...i can typ in my account information, but i cant use skills ingame with pressing 1-8, i cant skip intro with pressing enter and also cant move chars with left and roght button..also i need to press start game because its also not working with pressing enter...i cant open inventory or skill or stats with u,i or k...i did test it on counterstrike and on word dokument...everythink works fine there...any1 can help me?
