Knight Online Client has stopped working

When i try to run ko on my windows 7 laptop, after choosing a character and pressing start i get an error saying "Knight Online Client has stopped working close program". My laptop is extremely fast so i dont know what the problem is.

- when i re-install ko i can log in for once but when i sign out and try to get in again i get the same problem so after re-installing it only lets me on for once gets really annoying
