Ok I tryed to buy Gold preimum in pus

I dont have a C & B account but ive used it before , i hit countinue , nothing happened i closed pus out

tryed to use CC method prossesnig transaction.......... Then it took me back to the screen like i didnt have any information typed in to purchase i tihnk i purchased Gold preimum but i have not resicived it yet?

i sent ticket but no one has responded so :S
