They told me to enable it yesterday so I did it and it worked

Now If I disable or enable it It booth dont work.

found a temporarly solution that seems to work for me. go into settings ini, then change version to 1737 open the launcher, let it upgrade to 1738, go back to server.ini and change it to 1739.

hmm when I change it to 1737 and go to launcher it updates 1738 and 1739

Edit: When it went updating 1739 i canceled it and now I got it working

close the launcher after it have updated to 1738, before it can install the 1739 patch

If everyone does as the error message said and reports to customer service - they will get an idea of how many are affected.
