failed to load d3d9 error help?

as stated above running ko on an old laptop for merchanting but cant load ko kuz of a d3d9 error or something saying please reinstall. i did that and didnt work and redownloaded the game and everything still didnt work. help?

d3d9 error has nothing to do with KO. You need to get directx.

Try updating your DirectX API.
