KO kicks me out of game?

Sometimes when I load up, especially if I put my comp into sleep mode and then I reboot it. I'll go to open KO and it will start loading up. It gets to loading Character Data at 99% and stays there for a good 10 - 15 seconds. The next thing I know im seeing the screen that you see when you exit the game.

Sometimes this will happen 4 - 5 times in a row before I can actually get in and with my comp thats a good 20 minutes just trying to get into the damn game.

Anyone else having this problem or is just me? Anyone have a solution for it?

shut down pc instead of sleep modus

turn off all firewalls and virus protectors then sign in then turn them back on when ur in it helped solve my problem of KO closing after 99% character data and i have Vista :X

i merchant b4 i go to class, come back 1h later and i get a KO error... basically its the program getting an error, not a DC or something, and i got no idea why >_>. its really not easy to sell stuff like this
