change account password on mykol?

Anyone know if this still works or do people have to go through CS to get the account password changed?

Pin code??? like the code you would use to seal the armor and stuff???? ive got that. I just don't know if it's still able to be done from the kol website.

NO what he means is that only way to change password is thru "forgot password" feature wich requires the email wich is going to be sent a mail with a code u need to change the pass
