I log into the game normally, but the site to change the password or access the forum GamersFirst, I can not login "/

create another account and send a ticket from there , tell them what is your problem.

send ticket wiyh your BD and ESN codes list and other info for this acc and then see what they will ask you for to change the info for your main acc
