Check in Task Manager if msiexec.exe is already running.

Check on Windows Update for any updates to Windows Installer.

Check Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer -> Application Log to see if there is an error message listed in there for the installer.

Ok well here you go since the system specs have nothing to do with why that wont open....It was just a dumb thing that it was trying to run it more then once but it wouldn't bring it up showing that. But if you insist on being embarassed by a factory computer lets go for it.

    Intel® Core™2 Extreme QX6850 (8MB,3.67GHz Factory overclocked)
    Windows Vista
    2GB3 Corsair Dominator DDR2 SDRAM 800MHz OC'd to 1066MHz-2 DIMMs
    750GB Seagate 7200RPM,SATA 3.0Gb/s, 16MB Cache
Dual nVidia GeForce 8800 GT 512MB3
    Sound Blaster® X-Fi™ XtremeGamer (D) Sound Card

Is that good enough to run kol?
