laucher error message, only me :(

can't lauch the game, i get this error message

Launcher.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
i can't even lauch knightoline.exe because i get the same error

I can only launch in in safe mode and the bar loads but still i can't play it on safe mode because of the graphics

i scaned the computer for viruses but found none
but i'm pretty sure something its not letting me lauch it
