Are websites KODB and KINGOFKNIGHT still trustworthy and safe to use? I heard some rumors before about kingofknight. Any regular users of them can confirm that they are safe please?

My antivirus has found trojan in launcher. then i checked it with virustotal.com website and it found there 4/43 or so threats. I wonder what you think about it. I was using this launcher for years w/o any issues. Just now it was detected after some updates of my Antivire, so I checked with virus total too. Do you have same thing when you check your launcher with virus total?

i wouldnt log in kok or kodb i havent heard anything bad about them but better to be safe than sorry.

They aren't actually false positives. Virustotal detects exactly what it's supposed to, which includes packers such as ASPACK and UPX for example.
