    im lvl 72, i wanna dlevel 2 69 so i can play rlb full time.
    but the thing is that i got the lvl 70 dagger quest, but i havent done it yet.
    i've got the quest but its not done.

    cancel the quest and delvl, reskill restat, and u can enter
