Launcher is very slow

It takes about 5-10 minutes for my launcher to update, then it takes about 5 minutes for me to get to server select screen after putting in my id/pass, but if i put in wrong pass on accident, it dc me after those 5 minutes. when i finaly get passed launcher and server select, i dc while loading in game at 99% character data, and have to relog and repeat this bullshit.

I have tried reinstalling ko and it does not help.

disable antivirus should fix the 99% dc problem
