Launcher wont work

when i press the launcher its loading and loading and loading
and finally after few times i close the launcher and he gets update
the ko game isnt work well .

pls help me i tried to unistall and its didnt work

please i want to play asap ;s

When the login server is down the launcher doesn't get a connection. If the launcher doesn't connect, you can't launch the game. Actually that's not quite true, you could start the game, but it doesn't help because you can't login without the login server :P
