can't do quests

I dont' know if i'm bugged


it shows the same for every quest
when i kill the mobs it doesnt' count them.
in some it says kill 10 i kill 10 and it keeps counting, but it says under way and can't complete it
if its a comon bug let me know if its just my character is ther a way to fix it?
i just started playing after a year

Thats a new one.

Make a level 1 character on a whole new account.

Do the worm quest, if it works, then hey presto, otherwise, you may have editing some files in the wrong area.
