same frequency can sometimes cause DC from your router.

run ur antivirus, delete cookies, and kick all the crap out of ur pc. check if u still got laggs. if u still do, do the tracert thing and check if u got any timeouts (for k2's ip go to main tech support page->usefull support links-> lagg spikes, how to track the problem and take k2's ip).
if the problem is there (with the timeouts), call your isp and tell them that u got problems with k2's ip and ask them to solve the problem with the other isp's that r leading to k2's isp.
