unable to exchange minerva package.

i was wondering if minerva package is bugged on usko c-west server.
i've been trying to exchange my minerva package for about 5 days now.
but for some reason it wont let me.

anyone have some info about this?

Minerva package is bugged for about 2-3months now..(Since the new expansion)
And since then , they didn't fix any bug that came with that patch so I guess you'll have to send a ticket and ask for valk set or anything, instead of that minerva package cuz there is noway you can exchange it.
