lvl bug

i had a warrior lvl 62 and around christmas there was this bug
that delvled everyone to lvl 50
well my warrior is still lvl 50
on my warriors account we had a golden premium and i tried
to contact cs but they didnt seem to care
also tried to pm gm who answered me and told me to ask cs again
told him they wont respond and well all he could say is "..."
and log off

still bugged
wonn farm
any advices?

just kinda sad cause i miss that fat warrior :
