I had a old computer and my Macro's would work pressing ~ then a # i tried setting them up again and when i press ~ nothing comes up so i cant use them. Any help?

theres a text in ur ko folder. edit it. try using in-game

Well, you have to press ~ to be able to use it, if you can't press it, maybe the button is broken?
well i just got a BRAND NEW computer lol, and new keyboard and mouse so i dont think the key is broken
