They mean LATENCY not FPS aga.

I setup'd my minor 3 times on keys 9, 0. It goes 909090 (3 times) once. If I hold down my mouse button and use right-click button for my mana, I can hold it down like it spams and use my RR Macro for attacking MOBs.

that way it spams only 1600-1700mana(which i can do on my own), i need it faster -_-
you mean you do 1 macro for minor and second for rrrr?

Yeah, I use two different macros for my sin, attack and minor.

My attack hotkey is Caps lock. (On and off method - play until assigned key is pressed again)
My minor hotkey is mouse button 4. (spam minor by pressing down (holding down) your mouse button and right-clicking mana to regen fast heals.)

When I want to stop attacking, i'll press Caps Lock off.
