1)You download the client from :

http://www.mirc.com/get.html

After you install and run:

2) A pop-up box will appear asking you info like e-mail, ident, etc, just put your Nickname there, and random stuff to the other fields. Press OK.

3)Type this on the 'Status' window: /server irc.quakenet.org

4)After you connect a pop-up box will appear asking you what channel you wanna join, either type there 'KO-diez', or just close the window and type to the 'Status' window again: /j KO-diez
