    well i went to bed last night and now i wake up this morning and my fucking computer screen is yellow?!?!?! :wacko:

    i restarted it put everything is yellow...or close enough :S

    anybody know wtf is going on?

    could be that your gfx card has overheated, and melted slightly, happens usually when a fan gets stuck because of dust

    i see....so it isnt fixable?

    i have tryed to adjust the screen colours but it just stays the same =S

    open ur comp , clean out all the composants , wait 2 hours then try again
    try with another graphic card too

    1. unplug comp
    2. move it away from the wall
    3. open window
    4. pick up comp
    5. figure out the rest

    of course, if you're using a CRT monitor it could just be that the guns arent firing properly.

    in which case you'll need a new monitor.

    2. How long did have your pc on for last night
    3. What Graphics Card have you got ?
    4. Whats the airflow ratio, in your PC

    That color problem usually happens when the monitor cable has problems. A pin broken on the cable connector or the cable itself. Check the pins or twitch the cable a bit at the connector end and see if the colors change. If it does, u need to change that cable. Monitor cable usually damage at 1 of the 2 ends. Could be the monitor itself too.

    Could be the VGA but is not a common problem on VGA's.

    here's my solution for you:

    1. find a strong, sturdy, preferably blunt object

    2. place firmly in your hand

    3. strike your moniter with the blunt object

    4. repeat as many times as needed;

    5. enjoy
