msn error

ok so i download the new msn after reformating my comp and i get this
The ordinal 266 could not be located in the dynamic link library msi.dll.
anyone know how to fix this shit? its pissing me off heaps!

the error comes up when i try to click on the installer so yeh i cant install lol

What is your operating System?

if its vista try running it as Admin.

if Xp idk :/
