MSN Live Wierd Problem

well i reformat ma pc yestarday, and well now i Installed Windows XP again, but a wierd problem on MSN is occurring, as u all see i have internet, and msn wont connect cuase they tell me FireWall might be blocking ma access 2 MSN, so well i tried turning FireWall off and same message comes, firewall might be blocking your acces, so well if someone can help me, id really appriciate it <3
