Error login 1060 failed login

i have this dam problem when try conect to beramaus 1 i have the same dam message error login 1060 failed login, but if try log to b2 o b3 i conect whiout problem, but i no have idea why i have problema because when try conect to b1 the server no is full somebody have idea why have this problem??
