Uhh wtf is wrong wit it?

I go to it and it says i need to update stuff. it asks my security question then i answer it.

then it asks for a 8 digit security code and to hit confirm after... as soon as i put in 8 digits the confirm button is gone.

I need to change my password and when i click change password it directs be back to the main page...

lol fail?
