Xtrap rebooting computer

Ok so my friend is having a problem right now, when hes playing ko, he get an xtrap error ea 30-60 min then his comp gets automaticly rebooted. He was asking me to post here if some "pros" can solve this prob. He dont have enough time to take a ss but its just a rectangular xtrap box that appear and reboot his comp. He also has a router

I need help fast guys,

This is becoming a bigger problem for more people everyday. I have the same issue. Any temporary or permanent fixes would be greatly appriecated. As said above... at any given time.. game screen goes black as if it crashed, an xtrap error comes up for half a second and boom, pc restarts.
