My skills get casting failed.

Ok so my torment/cure/1920 fails 7-8 out of 10 casts. I play on a private server and the admin/gms doesn't speak english, it seems like it's only me and another clannie that have this issue, we live in Sweden but the turks doesn't have this problem.
Anyone know how to solve this? In KO folder, VPN? Anything!

How's the animation on casting when your skills fails?

I once had similiar issues and somehow changing resolution fixed it.
That time the casting animation was superfast and it failed pretty much all skills i tried.

The animation is normal speed. Maybe I should add that it uses mana aswell.
