Well i am trying to change my name for a while, i tried to ask couple peoples like shane and others but no one of them replay.

is there any admin or any moderator that can actually change my name(in forum)?

that what i am saying, i was pmed shane and he didnt answer, i was pmed on friends on skype and ask them if they got devil on skype and they say ye, i asked them if they could pmed him to change my nick and they say he wont do it.
so what i can actually do?
