hi, well,

Ive come back to dies and i wanted to NT my orc warrior back to human, so i purchased the kc then purchased the NT

After that i logged out and went to the website and logged it, i went to click NT and it said that the session had timed out.
So i logged back in and it keeps coming up with the message "You must log in first to access customer support."

so ive payed for NT but i cant even log on the website to try and NT now ;/

i had same problem after changing of my password i had mesage "You must log in first to access customer support" (how to log into cs if i cant log into my account lol) its a bug i guess u need to try try try untill u wont get such massage.

just keep loggin into the website u will get in eventually it happen's alot on rushhours =]
