its easy,check ur side chars and quit them from their clans
i was thinking about doin this but i dont wanna have this problem, did this ever get fix'ed with u all>?
1. All characters on the account must quit their clans
2. All characters on the account must quit all active quests.
I did all of that and nothing. It's bugged. Until K2 fixes it, no one is going anywhere.
