    they asked for click&buy mail/ID/Pass/Sq etc...
    i gave them all informations and it didnt work..
    what i fking must to do change my pass?
    am i too dumb for it? or its just CS?..

    please some1 help me:S

    took me a while to do it also, but i used credit card not C&B.

    you have to talk very plainly, give everything they ask for in order, and dont send more then 1 cs ticket after you send a perfect one that does make it slower i found out the hard way
