Dc at select character.

I got this account with a lvl 75 priest and at some times of the day when i try to login i just dc at select character, however the character on the second seat is fine i can log that one whenever i want, and it doesnt dc just once i can try to log it 10 times i get dc 10 times and it seems to mostly at the crowded hours of the day. Anyone else have or had this problem? ive send a couple of support tickets but their really not helping at all...

is it cuz ur banned? lol or can you log in sometimes?

can log sometimes When turks dct for example. every time turks dct and server was near empty i could log and i can log at like 11 pm in my country. i bought the account of a friend... and if it were banned shouldnt the whole account be banned instead of just 1 character on the account.
