Might help you get rid of some laggs..

Go to your internet browser, clear up all your Cookies and Temporary Internet Files, restart your router/modem (w/e you got) and try to log and see if you still have laggs.
If you still do, try downloading Ad-Aware (I don't use it as my main antivirus), it usually finds old internet shit and clears it up easily.
Not sure this will solve your problems, but it worths a try!..
