cannot connect to server fTP help :[

so i lookeda t other threads with people having this problem.. i reinstalled knights. then it wouldnt auto update. so i manually updated everything.. and its still not working. i used llauncher bypass thread and did that and it just keeps saying "launcher updated please restart knights" :[

and when i tried to update by opening server.ini and changing it so it says files=1724 it wont save. says file path is wrong or something.


btw im using windows vista!

go open option in the ko folder. change the value on the top right and update

i couldnt find that. i went to the little options thing and there is nothing where it says what version it is.

i cant get it to say update complete to even open that.

oh i foundi t. i did that and its still saying the same thing when i use the launcher bypass :x

okay look please.
i reinstalled KO all together
i did the little manual patch's
i installed the manual patch's
i updated the client.

still not working.. :[

alrite this worked for me

i unistalled then reinstalled the client
then i manually added the patches to my ko folder for kodb.info
then went to options and changed game version to 1724
then reopened ko and logged in

when u manually patched.. did u just copy and paste files and over wrote them for all the patches?

wow. stupid. :[. i opened my option file. and there was one place that said 1724 and another that said 1513. changed the 1513 to 1724 and game updated on its own and its working fine.


so after you manually install patches. change the file numbers on both the places in the "option.ini" file!
