Need Help Badly-Big Award For The Guy Who Will solve it

problem is, since i donnu when... like3 weeks are so... i just can't play ko.
i can't becuz i lag so bad i can't pk, i can't farm, i can't xp.
i know that disbaling Norton Anti-virus solved the freezing lags.. and i'm used to do it long time ago... but i got other lags.. it's like u get dc ... but ur not... everyone stop... but you not... you write smth... but can't see it... etc.
i need help, i can't play.. and yep i'm obsess with ko.
so- the guy who will solve my problem, will get an award... in-game cash/or real cash... just fuking help me T_T

a bit info-
my computer is like almost new (3 mouth i think)
i got network between 2 computers, i live in Israel ( if it's matter idk)
cable connection 1500kb/s
that's all i know.. i suck at computers ... so i can't tell more than that... just pls help me out

yes i do... it's "Edimax" company or w/e... i tried to restart it, unplug inplug... i tried everything... i just can't fix it

don worry man i had it too few months ago and every israeli i know had that prob just give it a time and its will be back to normal. i had same thing every body frezz expect me i had it like 1 month and didnt do any thing, ppl told me to delete norton anti virus didnt help nothing helped just give it a time.
